  1. AWARD Bios-Update for HOT-617 Mainboard

  3. Attention:
  4. This file may not be up to date.
  5. We are not liable for any damages caused by the bios-update.
  6.  
  7. 1) Check programming voltage of EEPROM
  8.    JP1 1-2: 12V (Intel -i- and MX Chips)
  9.    JP1 2-3: 5V
  10. 2) Make sure, that no password is set in BIOS-Setup.
  11. 3) Do not load any memory manager or simply skip CONFIG.SYS
  12.    and AUTOEXEC.BAT.
  13. 4) Start DOS and execute: AFLH52B 617WIQ05.BIN
  14. 5) After programming, turn off your system for a moment.
  15. 6) Load Bios-Default setting.
